These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the lead generation services provided by Lead Kulture ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a lead package or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Lead Kulture provides lead generation services targeting Spanish-speaking junk car sellers in your specified service area. We run paid advertising campaigns, screen respondents for intent, verify their identity, and deliver qualified leads to you in real time.
Leads are exclusive to one buyer per city for the duration of your active order.
All lead packages are one-time purchases. There are no automatic recurring charges or subscriptions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Prices are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change. Your purchase is governed by the price displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card information.
Leads will be delivered to you in real time once they have cleared our VeriFlow screening and verification process. Delivery begins within 24 to 48 hours of your order being confirmed and your service area being set up.
Lead delivery timelines may vary depending on ad performance, geographic demand, and the size of your package. We do not guarantee a specific daily delivery rate.
We provide verified, qualified leads — but we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a completed transaction. Your conversion rate depends on factors outside our control including your response time, your offer, your negotiation, and market conditions in your area.
By purchasing a lead package, you acknowledge that lead generation results vary and that no income or profit guarantees are made or implied.
Due to the nature of lead generation services, all sales are final once a campaign has been activated for your area. If you believe you have received a lead that is clearly fraudulent or uncontactable due to our error (not simply a non-answer or rejection), contact us at admin@leadkulture.io within 7 days of receiving the lead and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
We do not issue refunds based on failure to close deals, slow response times on your end, or leads that were legitimate but did not result in a transaction.

Exclusivity is granted per city per active order. Once your order is complete and not renewed, exclusivity for your city is released and may be claimed by another buyer. We reserve the right to define city boundaries at our discretion.
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and marketing materials is the property of Lead Kulture and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Kulture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any leads provided. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lead package in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lead Kulture harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of our leads, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Lead Kulture and this website are independently owned and operated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its products including Facebook or Instagram.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
